Filling in the Tunnels

Deathsong emerged from caving in the last fox den. He realized just how much he hated being in such an enclosed space. They had been filling in the burrows all day, and his claws ached from all the digging. "I'm going to need a good washing after this," he mumbled to himself, noticing the dirt and mud clumping together on his fur. The snow was falling lightly outside, at he sneezed as a snowflake brushed past his nose.

"Deathsong! Come on!" Ivyfrost called, standing next to Owlflight.

"I'm coming," Deathsong laughed and hauled himself out of the rest of the burrow. Kicking some dirt in the den he nodded at a job well done, and bounded off to meet the rest of the patrol.
